What Next? Implications of a Second Trump Presidency, the EU Elections, and the Collapse of Germany’s Government for the Transatlantic Alliance

November 15 @ 2:00 pm - 3:15 pm

We are at a historic crossroads. The reelection of Donald Trump as U.S. President, the outcome of the EU elections, and the collapse of Germany’s governing coalition mark a turning point that will reshape the future of the transatlantic relationship. These pivotal events are poised to significantly influence not only U.S.-Europe relations but also the global economy and societies on both sides of the Atlantic. Panelists will explore how these political shifts interact and affect one another, with a particular focus on how the changing U.S. leadership, new political dynamics within the EU, and political instability in Germany will redefine transatlantic cooperation for years to come.
