Charles Landow

Charles Landow is Senior Research Associate and Manager at the Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs at Harvard Kennedy School. He is also Adjunct Instructor of Political Science at the University of Nebraska at Omaha. Landow previously served as chief of staff for former Treasury Secretary Robert Rubin and held several positions at the Council on Foreign Relations, among other roles. In 2013, he served as research director for the chair and vice chair of multi-party political negotiations in Northern Ireland. Landow earned a bachelor’s in political science and a master’s in international affairs from Columbia University.
