Master in Public Policy student at the Harvard Kennedy School

Charlie is an MPP student at Harvard, looking at emerging technology and geopolitics through an interdisciplinary lens of economic complexity, risk, and behavior. After playing professional sport, he joined the World Bank in Central Asia, contributing to policy analyses on topics ranging from poverty reduction and labor rights to disaster risk management and AI regulation.

A Belfer Young Leader Fellow, Charlie is undertaking a wide range of research at Harvard: from investigating the behavioral impacts of algorithmic systems at Harvard Law School, to better understanding the supply-side of global decarbonization at the Growth Lab. This summer, he worked for a VC fund building AI-powered knowledge products and lectured at a business school in Bolivia.
