Dr. Tobias Cremer

Dr. Tobias Cremer is a Member of the European Parliament for the Social Democratic Party of Germany (SPD). He serves on the Committee on Foreign Affairs and the Subcommittee on Security and Defence. He is also a member of the Delegation for relations with the United States and the Delegation for relations with the NATO Parliamentary Assembly. Prior to his election Dr. Cremer served as a career diplomat in the German Federal Foreign Office, where he was most recently responsible for managing bilateral relations between Germany and the Baltic states. He holds a PhD in Politics and International Relations from the University of Cambridge, a Master in Public Policy (MPP) from the Harvard Kennedy School, an MPhil in Politics and International Studies from Cambridge University, and a BA in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics from Sciences Po Paris.
