Prof. Dr. Christian Djeffal
Prof. Dr. Christian Djeffal is Assistant Professor for Law, Science and Technology at the Technical University of Munich. His research focuses on the intersection of law and technology, in particular artificial intelligence and the Internet of Things. Djeffal studied law at the Ludwig-Maximilians-University of Munich and University College London, and received his PhD from the Humboldt University of Berlin. He previously coordinated research on global constitutionalism and the Internet at the Alexander von Humboldt Institute for Internet and Society in Berlin. Christian Djeffal is known for his work on AI and design-oriented approaches to legal scholarship with a focus on public administration, public health and public communication. He is a member of the board of the National E-Government Competence Centre and advocates for transparent AI applications in public administration.
