Rieke Havertz

Rieke Havertz is ZEIT ONLINE's international correspondent. She writes about current developments in and from various countries, with a focus on the USA. She served as US correspondent in Washington, D.C., from August 2020 to February 2023, and is currently again based in the United States to cover the 2024 election. Furthermore, she is also co-host of the podcast “OK, America?”.
