Sven Weizenegger

Since 2020, Sven Weizenegger has led the Bundeswehr Cyber Innovation Hub (CIHBw) , the change agent of the German armed forces. In his role, he acts as a chief transformer and mediator between civilian and military systems, pursuing a clear goal: to enable the Bundeswehr to fulfill its mission of national and alliance defense through digital excellence and technological sovereignty.

Sven Weizenegger’s expertise is rooted, among other things, in years of leadership roles in both corporations and startups. His pioneering achievement, advancing from the first official hacker at Deutsche Telekom to a senior executive role where he played a key role in building a new business division, demonstrates his transformative power.
