Zoe Durbin

Zoe Durbin manages technology strategy projects at the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in the Executive Office of Technology Services and Security. She recently received an award for Excellence in Public Service for her work building a tech solution to connect migrants with shelter, education, and legal services.
Zoe holds a master’s degree in chemistry from the University of Oxford, with research experience as a visiting scholar at UC Berkeley. Before joining the Commonwealth, she worked in technology consulting, developing software for the world’s largest organizations, and directed a British non-profit, Calthorpe Community Garden.
