GAC Scholarship

Attend the GAC 2023 with a GAC Scholarship!

Funded by the Harvard Club of Germany Rhein-Main, the GAC Scholarship offers financial assistance for students to attend the 2023 GAC who have demonstrated exceptional achievements and are interested in transatlantic cooperation and U.S. and German foreign relations.

We especially encourage students from underrepresented groups and students with limited financial resources to apply, striving to create a diverse transatlantic community.

What do we offer?

Up to 600 € for travel expenses
Free conference admission

Application Requirements

Interest in U.S. and German foreign relations and transatlantic cooperation
Age 18 to 30
Enrollment at a German university or in a professional training program (apprenticeship etc.).
Visa or appropriate travel authorization
International health insurance

How to Apply

Please submit the following information here by August 18th, 2023, at 11:59 pm CET:

Resume (max. 2 pages)
Answers to the following 3 questions
- How would you benefit from attending the GAC 2023?
- How would the GAC benefit from having you?
- What is your transatlantic story, and why are you interested in transatlantic relationships?
A short video (max. 2 min)
Please include a brief introduction and highlight your interest in transatlantic relations and motivation to attend the GAC.
