Alice Plane focuses on the various stakes that climate change poses to the planet’s ecosystems, including human societies, with a perspective on equity. She has worked in France, Madagascar, Afghanistan, and the USA, in aid affairs and diplomatic postings for France and for the E.U. From 2016 to 2020, she headed the Climate Unit within the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs. She teaches Climate Diplomacy and Decarbonization Policy at Brown’s Master of Public Administration.
