Armand Zorn, born in Yaoundé, Cameroon, on July 18, 1988, immigrated to Germany in 2000, settling in Halle, Saxony-Anhalt. His academic journey in political and historical science began at Martin Luther University of Halle-Wittenberg and extended to Sciences Po in Paris and the University of Konstanz. Professionally, Zorn gained international experience in Hong Kong, Macao, and France, and as a consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers. Joining the Social Democratic Party (SPD) in 2011, his political stride was marked by a governing board position for the Frankfurt Social Democrats in 2019 and a remarkable 29% vote win in the Frankfurt am Main I district in the 2021 federal election. Zorn, in the Bundestag, emphasizes finance, digital affairs, and sustainable development, and since 2022, has been a delegate in the Franco-German Parliamentary Assembly, fortifying bilateral ties.
