Charles Landow

Senior Research Associate, HKS Belfer Center

Charles Landow is a senior research associate at the Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs at Harvard Kennedy School. He is also an adjunct instructor of political science at the University of Nebraska Omaha. Landow previously worked as chief of staff to former U.S. Treasury Secretary Robert Rubin and in several roles at the Council on Foreign Relations. In 2013, he served as research director for the chair and vice chair of multi-party political negotiations in Northern Ireland. He earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Columbia University.
