Dabney Hailey

Dabney Hailey founded her pioneering consultancy, Hailey Group, in 2014 to cultivate innovation, leadership, and team communication through arts learning. A former museum curator, she is a thought leader in the application of Visual Thinking Strategies within business. She teaches MIT Sloan Executive Education programs and at Harvard Medical School, where she is co-director of the course Training the Eye. Dabney holds a B.A. from Hendrix College and an M.A. from Northwestern University.
