Dr. Andreas Steinert

Trained as a lawyer at the University of Heidelberg and Trinity College, Oxford, Dr. Andreas Steinert started in a law firm in 1999 and worked for the insurance companies Allianz and Generali Group from 2001 to 2018. He served in management functions for Allianz Group in Munich and Paris and later as member of the board of Generali subsidiaries. In 2018, he changed into Asset Management and joined Amundi Germany as a member of the management board. Since the beginning of 2021, he has been responsible for sustainable investing for Amundi Germany. Steinert holds a doctorate in law (Heidelberg), an MPA (University Speyer) and an MBA from University of Chicago.
