Gulsanna Mamediieva, an experienced tech policy professional from Ukraine, currently serves as the CEO of Digitality.GovTech Center of Excellence in Brussels. She is also a Tech and Public Policy Fellow at Georgetown University’s McCourt School for Public Policy. As former Director General for European and NATO integration at the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, she played a key role in Ukraine’s integration into the Digital Single Market of the European Union. As an Adviser to the Vice Prime Minister on Digital Transformation, Innovation, Science and Technology of Ukraine, Gulsanna is actively involved in international efforts to support Ukraine’s digital resilience against Russia’s invasion. She is a Fisher Family and Support Ukrainian Democracy and Development summer fellow at Stanford University and is pursuing a Ph.D. at Carleton University, Canada, in addition to holding a Master’s degree in Information Technology Law from the University of Tartu, Estonia.
