Founder, Healthcare Without Borders

Kacylia Roy Proulx is a second-year medical student at McGill University. Having a strong interest in global health and health advocacy, she has made it her mission to contribute to improving overall population health and reducing health inequities nationally and globally as part of her medical journey. She is the founder and president of Healthcare Without Borders, an international podcast that addresses Global Health topics to spread awareness and give a voice to medical professionals, students and patients about the realities of healthcare and access in their country. Outside of medical school, her interests range from music to sports to entrepreneurship. In addition to being the founder and CEO of two companies, she is also a full-time student-athlete. Being an adventure lover and a globetrotter with more than 35 countries deep, she spends her free time travelling, skydiving, sailing, mountaineering, surfing, and scuba diving!
