Professor of International Relations, Hertie School and SAIS at Johns Hopkins

Marina Henke is Professor of International Relations and the Director of the Hertie Centre for International Security at the Hertie School in Berlin, and during the 2023-2024 academic year, she is also the Helmut Schmidt Distinguished Visiting Professor at the School of Advanced International Studies at Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore. She is an award-winning author and frequent commentator in German and international news media on topics related to European defense and nuclear security.
