Nicola Beer

Nicola Beer is a Vice-President and Member of the European Parliament. She serves as special envoy on combatting religious discrimination and is chair of the working group on combating antisemitism. Furthermore, Mrs. Beer replaces the President of the European Parliament in regards to relations to Asian and Oceania. From 2017 - 2019 she was a Member of the German Parliament, from 2013 to 2019 Secretary General and 2019 to 2023, the deputy federal chairperson of the Free Democratic Party in Germany. In the European Parliament, she works especially in the Committees for Economy and Currencies, for Foreign Affaires as well as for Industry and Sciences.
