Nina Strassner

Global Head of People Initiatives at SAP SE, Chairwoman of Germany Diversity Charter

Nina Strassner is a specialized attorney for labor law, Chair of the German Diversity Charter, and the Global Head of People Initiatives at SAP. With her team, she works with and for the HR directors of all countries at SAP on the challenges of cultural transformation in order to place the needs and the inclusive working life of all employees at the center of their HR work – everything she does is guided by her proclaimed motto of "Dare to Care".

After obtaining her Master's degree in "Patentability of Software in US, UK and Europe," she worked for 10 years in German labor courts before joining SAP's management team. Nina is also an award winning blogger and was voted in 2022 to F10's "40 Over 40 - Germany's Most Inspiring Women."
