Ulrich Hörning

Ulrich Hörning (MPA2 / 2005) is the Deputy Mayor for General Services at the City of Leipzig. He is responsible for the modernization of core administrative processes as well as the HR, legal and information technology functions. His previous positions include the World Bank, the Federal Ministry of Finance in Berlin, the City of Mannheim and Booz & Company. Mr. Hörning is an economist (University of Tübingen).
