Addie Esposito is a junior at Harvard College from Raleigh, North Carolina. Particularly interested in refugee issues and democratic backsliding, she is studying Government, German, and European History, Politics, and Societies (EHPS). At Harvard, Addie is involved with the Harvard International Review, the Harvard Undergraduate Foreign Policy Initiative, and Citizenship Tutoring through the Institute of Politics. In her free time, Addie enjoys writing poetry, hiking, walking her dog (Coco), listening to Michael Jackson, and collecting snow globes. Meeting Angela Merkel in person is on her bucket list.
