Addie Esposito is a senior at Harvard College from Raleigh, North Carolina. Particularly interested in refugee issues and democratic backsliding, she is studying Government, German, and European History, Politics, and Societies (EHPS). Addie is Editor-in-Chief of the Harvard International Review, and she is also involved with the Harvard Undergraduate Foreign Policy Initiative and Citizenship Tutoring through the Institute of Politics. She is currently working on her senior thesis, which examines Bundestag members' understandings of German national identity, with a particular focus on East/West and generational differences.
