Henrike is a neuroscience master student from Heidelberg. Currently, she is writing her thesis at McLean Hospital, Harvard Medical School. Her primary research interest is neurodegeneration and how metabolic processes affect the risk of developing Alzheimer's Disease. Outside of the lab, Henrike is actively engaged in the NGO Lern-Fair which promotes equal educational chances. In her free time, she enjoys running around fresh pond and exploring all the things that Boston has to offer.
