Jakob is a medical student researcher from Heidelberg, Germany in the Department of Pathology at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and the Harvard Medical School. He will be pursuing an exciting project on resistance of brain cancers to therapy and will have a tenure of up to a year in the program which started in March, 2023. Since spending his junior year at the Creighton Preparatory School in Omaha, NE he has cherished transatlantic friendships and interest in American culture and politics. The GAC is a unique opportunity to engage and intensify transatlantic relations which he is eager to contribute to.
