Jason Adelhoefer is a final-year medical student enrolled at Charité University Hospital. He has spent research semesters in cardiovascular epidemiology at the Johns Hopkins Hospital, Baltimore, and in minimally-invasive spine surgery at Weill Cornell Medicine, New York.
Enthusiastic about health policy, he has worked for the governing party in the German Bundestag and volunteered on the board of the German Medical Students’ Association. He is an advocate for achieving long-term financial stability in the German healthcare system. Jason is a scholarship holder of the Konrad Adenauer Foundation, the German Academic Exchange Service, and the Deutschlandstiftung Integration.
