Kai is an incoming PhD student in the Organizational Behavior department at Harvard Business School in Boston. In his research, he cooperates with international organizations to learn more about why employees (don't) have a passion for their work. His enthusiasm for science is mirrored in his psychology podcast "Positiv Korreliert." Kai loves to go to Harvard sports events for the free merchandise, and he regularly, but unsuccessfully, attempts yoga and comedy improv.
