Karlotta is an active duty officer in the German Armed Forces. She holds a degree in psychology with a focus on Leadership, Human Resources, and Social Psychology from the German Armed Forces University in Hamburg. With her passion for security policy and interest in institutional communication strategies she works on applying her knowledge of psychology to these fields. Currently, she holds a position at the multinational headquarter Eurocorps, serving both NATO and EU alongside comrades from all over Europe. Outside of work, she engages in WIIS, enjoys learning new languages and works on a voluntary project on resilience.
