Lukas is a student in the Master of Public Policy program at Harvard Kennedy School, focusing on international relations, diplomacy, international negotiations, and leadership. He serves as a course coach for HKS’s signature class on Adaptive Leadership. Before starting his Master’s degree, he served as Head of Office for the Chairman of the Foreign Affairs Committee at the European Parliament, focusing on the EU's Common Foreign and Security Policy. In addition to his passion for international affairs, transatlantic relations, and European integration, he is also interested in the development of rural areas.
