Maya is a fifth year M.D. candidate from the University of Tübingen in Germany and spent the last year as a postgraduate research fellow at Albert-Einstein-College of Medicine in New York. She conducted quantitative research in the perioperative field and collected extensive experience in clinical trial conduction. Apart from that, Maya is passionate about public and global health and has a strong interest in business and (health) politics.
