Samuel Rupp

GAC 2023

Samuel is a 5th-year medical student at the TUM University in Munich, Germany. For his doctoral thesis, he conducted research as a data scientist in a large hospital network in New York City. At Montefiore Medical Center, he investigated the improvement of patients' postoperative outcomes and perioperative workflows using large observational data. He is excited about projects that leverage the disruptive power of digitalization and artificial intelligence in healthcare.
As a scholar of the German Academic Scholarship Foundation and the Bavarian Elite Academy, he is passionate about ethically shaping the global economy and society of tomorrow.
