Sebastian Berns

Sebastian is pursuing a Master in Public Administration in International Development at the Harvard Kennedy School.
Before coming to HKS, Sebastian was a Project Leader at the social impact consultancy Value for Good in Berlin, where he worked on projects related to global health and digital innovation in development. At Harvard Kennedy School, Sebastian tries to understand how public-private partnerships (PPPs) and impact-based financing approaches can support climate action the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
Growing up playing the piano and the saxophone, he enjoys many types of music. During his time in Berlin, he discovered a new passion for electronic music and the art of sampling – something that he is now spreading in the Cambridge community.
