Thilo Kerkhoff will be pursuing a Master in Public Policy at the Harvard Kennedy School. Thilo is a fully qualified German lawyer and serves as Head of Digital Strategy and Communications at the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot in Vienna. In addition, he has diverse work experience in international law firms, strategy consulting, the German Federal Chancellery and non-governmental organizations. Thilo has studied law at Bucerius Law School and at the National University of Singapore.
