Thilo Kerkhoff

Co-Chair

Thilo is a student in the Master in Public Policy Program at Harvard Kennedy School, and focuses on policy aspects of regulating technology and AI, as well as negotiation and conflict resolution. He is a research assistant on tech policy and competition at the Mossavar-Rahmani Center for Business and Government. In addition, he serves as a course coach for two of HKS’s signature negotiation classes. Thilo is a fully-qualified German lawyer with tri-sector work experience in international law firms, the German government and NGOs.
